The shipping charges calculated by this web site are for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska residents. Residents in Hawaii or Alaska must call for a freight quote before ordering. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours from the time of order. Please allow one week for delivery to most destinations.
Risk of Damage
Ground Shipping (Fedex, UPS, USPS):Â Hearth and Grill Sales, LLCÂ is responsible for all damage on Ground orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship Ground. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
LTL Freight: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on LTL Freight orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship LTL Freight. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
Collections

20" Round Linear Stainless Steel Crystal Fire Plus Burner is made from commercial grade #304 stainless steel and include a Direct Spark Ignition (DSI) System for Natural Gas and control panel, an emergency stop button, and clear tempered fire glass gems (10 lbs). The Crystal Fire Plus burner has a higher BTU capacity and upgraded burner construction for a brighter, taller, fuller, more yellow flame. The pan burner design produces a more natural looking flame. Raised and extruded burner ports protect the burner from rain or water. Water safely drains from the perimeter of the pitched burner surface and out the perimeter of the pan.
