Returns

Items sold by Hearthside Hearth & Home may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items. The return policy also applies to products refused upon delivery. Hearthside pays the return shipping cost and waives the re-stocking fee if the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
• Installed items or items not in the original carton.
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
• Special order products ordered in our showroom.
